I had a lovely surprise this morning with a front page on the Dundee Courier - definitely not what I was expecting in relation to appearing on the BBC Landward show later this week.

For those that follow the BBC Landward show on TV, I am featuring on episode 2 of the of the 2021 series this Thursday at 8.30pm on BBC Scotland and again on Friday on BBC One Scotland at 7.35pm talking to Anne Lundon about my photography and my life in the superb location of Glen Coe.

The results of The Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year (SLPOTY) were announced today and after my last entry into this competition back in 2017, I was able to get an entry together in time for this year's competition.

NHS Tayside Oncology Ninewells (Ward 32) Refurbishment
I was contacted to work alongside a project with the Teenage Cancer Trust, to refurbish the Oncology Ward (Ward 32) at Ninewells Hospital. They were looking for imagery that would fill the corridors and individual bays/rooms in order to positively impact the health of patients, visitors and staff.

My image of the V&A Dundee Construction has made it all the way to the final round of Scottish Landscape Photographer of the Year Competition and has been awarded a prize.
