Photographic Courses and Training Workshops/Sessions

I run regular workshops and training sessions for photographers, whether at a beginner/amateur level or professional and for societies and clubs. Workshops and sessions usually consist of a small group of photographers being given first hand practical experience shooting on-location (or in a studio) with a review and post-processing session at a later date.

Upcoming courses/workshops are:

  • Long Exposure Workshop Practical on-location experience of using 10-stop filters to achieve extremely long exposures
  • Studio Portrait/Family Shoot Working with individuals and groups in a Studio environment
  • Studio Model Shoot Introduction to working with models in a Studio environment to shoot portrait/fashion or stock images
  • On Location Shoots Shooting on-location with portable lighting to achieve studio results with minimal equipment

These have been extremely popular, and the cost per person is very reasonable. I am also happy to arrange workshops/sessions with a group that has pre-arranged but I would suggest you contact me first to confirm the maximum numbers I will work with. This is to ensure each participant gets a fair amount of my time for any questions and feedback.

Presentations to Clubs/Societies

To date, I have travelled across the country delivering lectures and presentations at various clubs and societies on my photographic work. From discussing my work and how I achieved the results, with specific details on settings/process, to providing feedback and how-to videos on post-processing in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

I am able to tailor the length of the presentations to the timings of your club, with a break midway or at the end and leave ample time for questions through-out.
